M-Invest is the majority shareholder of Megabank with equity stake of 44.6%.

19.8% of equity is owned by foreign business entities, incl.:

• The Bank of New York, USA;
• Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG, Austria.

35.6% of equity is owned by over 250 domestic individuals and businesses.
