According to the requirements of the normative-legal acts of Ukraine the bank’s clients (legal entities and individuals – entrepreneurs) have the right to buy or exchange foreign currency with the purpose of: making settlements with nonresidents on trade and not trade operations; performances of obligations (including own operations of the subjects of the market) on credit operations and payments on these operations (interests, commission, penalty etc.) in foreign currency; with the purpose of repayment of foreign investments and also income, profit, other funds received from the investment activity in Ukraine etc.
