The credit agreement with "Ukreximbank"

On July, 6 "Megabank" PLC (Kharkiv) signed the credit agreement with "State Export-Import Bank" (Kyiv) within the framework of the joint Second project of export development with the World Bank of Reconstruction and Development. The project is directed on further development of unstate enterprises-exporters of Ukraine by average- and long-term crediting of investment projects of export-oriented enterprises, increase of their working capital, and expansion of access of enterprises to cheaper credit resources.

The main requirements for the enterprises – debtors:

• The enterprise has an exporter status (the foreign-economic activity realizes, the currency earnings receives or plans to be an exporter);
• The enterprise realizes profitable activity;
• The enterprise has a proper and borrowed resources satisfactory structure and sufficient money flows for the credit project service.

The credit conditions:

• the credit sum to $10 million USA dollars;
• the credit term to 5 years;
• the interest rate for the credit use:
  • from 14.5% annual interest in hryvnas;
  • from 11.5% annual interest in USA dollars;
  • from 11.0% annual interest in Euro;
• once commission (for the documents considerations and the credit registration) – 1% from the credit sum;
• the credit aim:
  • the working capital replenishment for the stuff, spares purchases and fulfilled work payment;
  • the investment aims – the production renewal and modernization, the original resources purchase.
