• administrative management of securities: notification of stockholders about general meetings, dividend payment on behalf of the issuer, participation in the general stockholders' meetings;
• deactivation of capital issue (preparation of the necessary documents and their registration in the GKCBFR in the depositary);
• conclusion of contracts with securities by clearing depositary according to the scheme "Delivery against payment";
• preparation and conducting General meetings of joint stock companies;

The conditions of the securities account opening

For a legal body:

1. Contract of securities account opening;
2. Securities account form;
3. Securities account opening application;
4. Card with specimen signatures – 1 copy notarially;
5. Copy of articles of association, verified by the company stamp and the signature of the head;
6. Copy of protocol of the company authorized body of the company head election, verified by the company stamp and the signature of the head;
7. Notarized copy of the company state registration certificate;
8. Notarized copy of the regional statistics department;
9. Copy of the reference of the tax inspectorate registration, verified by the company stamp and the signature of the head;
10. Passport copy of the head, ID certificate copy;
11. Power of attorney of the account manager;
12. Passport copy of the account manager, ID certificate copy;
13. Bank reference of the settlement account opening.

For a physical body:

1. Contract of securities account opening;
2. Account opening application;
3. Account form;
4. Card with specimen signatures;
5. Passport copy, ID certificate copy.
